• Our instruments are dispatched from Adelaide SA, so purchases from within Australia can be guaranteed delivery within 7 working days. All orders are processed with 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. All orders with us will be delivered with insurance to your door.

• Our art supplies are hand selected and designed for serious and proper calligraphy and painting for beginners to professionals. Please view our next few pages for instruments.

• All tea sets will be adequately packaged to ensure safe delivery.

• Change of mind: We are pleased to offer you a refund or exchange provided that:

  • You return the item within 7 days of puchase​

  • You produce a satisfactory proof of purchase (tax invoice, online proof of purchase)

  • The item is in a re-saleable condition, including its original packaging and accessories, is unused and as sold
