Private Classes - Chinese Music
At present, we offer private individual and group classes in:
Guzheng (古箏) Pipa (琵琶) Dizi (笛子) Erhu (二胡)
Also known as the Chinese harp, Similar to flamenco guitar The Chinese flute is made of The Chinese violin only
it is a melodic instrument & playing, it is a beautiful bamboo. They are authentic has two strings. The most
easy to begin with instrument to be seen with! in its own way, fluttery and sweet! sentimental instrument!

Zhongruan (中阮） Liuqin (柳琴）
Commonly known as the We commonly refer to it as the
Chinese guitar - this instrument has Chinese mandolin - it is a uke-sized
4 strings and produces a warm pipa. Very popular amongst musicians
resonance and guitar players
Classes avail Sun & Mon Classes avail Sun & Mon
Students will have an opportunity to take Central Conservatory of Music exams and receive certification.
Solo Classes
Students can choose to attend half hour or one hour classes. All classes are taught as 1 class per week for 5 or 10 weeks.
Group Classes
There are ten 1 hour group classes per term.

Oriental Harmonies 童声国学合唱团 2018 Term 4: Saturdays 2pm (4-6 years old)
Oriental Harmonies is a choir designed for children aged 4-6 years old. Through the learning of music and choral singing, children enhance their appreciation of Chinese literature and classics. Not only does it allow them to learn Chinese literacy through songs and music, it also builds their music foundation at an early stage.
Besides Chinese songs, children will also learn songs in other languages.
Facilitator: Amy Liao ( Graduate of Wuhan Conservatory in music education, specialising in pipa, voice and music psychology)
为了展示幼儿艺术风采，培养孩子们的团结、合作、协调的能力，提高幼儿音乐教学层次，培养一支有水平的幼儿童声合唱团，将合唱与国学相结合，如唐诗、三字经、弟子规。现面向社会招收爱唱歌的孩子们。
